      • A simple registration form will be open, fill the required fields with the requested information, read the terms and conditions. Once registration form completed, click the “Submit” button.

      In order to edit/update your profile, you need to first log in to GoOverDesk.com using your user name (Email Address) and password and then click on Edit Profile link at the top right corner of the site user interface. Profile Details wizard will be opened. Follow the instructions to change your profile details. Once you are through with updating your profile details, please do not forget to click on Confirm and then Update button. This will make certain that your profile now reflects the changes that you have just made.

    • 3. How I can get the idea of different study features and functions currently available on the GoOverDesk.com website?

      DESK content delivery system tool box comprises of different learning tools/modules namely video lessons, illustrated detail solutions in the form of videos and notes, assessment/quiz and past examinations solved papers. All of these modules are easily accessible through User Dashboard. Click on the DESK Demo link on the homepage to read introductory note about each learning tool/module and view the uploaded examples as well.

    • 4. What if assessment/quiz is not working properly? For example against each of the questions it is not showing all of the four multiple choices answers.

      Exit from the current session of your Quiz. Reload the Quiz and start over.

    • 5. I am unable to listen to the audio and/or view the videos on your site? Why?

      If you are unable to listen to the audio or view the video on our site, please check the speed of your Internet connection and also ensure that your Personal Computer has a Flash player. You will also need a broadband connection with at least 256+ Kbps for best viewing and exploring experience.     • 1. What are the different modes of payment to buy/ subscribe to the Services available at DESK?

      From the horizontal vertical menu of the webstie please click on the "Why To - How Much - How To Pay" menu and then "How to Pay" to view all the options for payment.

    • 2. If I buy any course, for how long will it be valid?

      Your paid subscription for all DESK Study Packages is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase or otherwise mentioned in the Packages. That should also include your entire or part of academic session.

    • 3. How soon will my account with GoOverDesk.com get activated?

      Once you successfully submitted the electronic registration form. Free account access might takes anywhere from 1 hour to 12 hours during the work week i.e. Monday to Friday.

      For the premium membership you need to deposit the required amount. (Also see the question above i.e. what are the different modes of payment to buy/ subscribe to the Services available at DESK?). Once your payment received, your status of the account will be updated from FREE to PREMIUM MEMBER within 1 to 12 hours during the work week i.e. Monday to Friday, and as a PREMIUM MEMBER you will have full access to ALL the learning tools for your specific class. You will also be notified via SMS or Email.

    • 4. Can I cancel my subscription?

      Once a product/service has been purchased by you, DESK will not be able to provide any refund, either in full or in part. We suggest that prior to making a purchase decision explore the Demo section and become a registered member at DESK and go through the free content available on the DESK website.

    • 5. Will I have to pay additional service tax over the price quoted in the package?

      No, the price quoted is inclusive of all taxes.
